SURE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;And if you want it back will you get it back? …SURE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;If you got rid of really stinky, smelly garbage do you say I “gave up” the garbage…NO!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;You got rid of it! You don’t want it back.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;For women, it is like getting rid of the most abusive relationship that you have ever had let’s say Osama Bin Laden.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;For men, it is like getting rid of a relationship with Lorena Bobbitt! (there’s a visual for you!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;Right now you think of cigarettes as being very precious and important&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;to you and I know it feels like you are about to “give them up”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;But just start to say I am going to be stopping smoking.
